Brisbane writer Kristine Riordan has more than twenty years experience in the food industry including cookbook writing, restaurant reviewing, cookery school, wine retailing and food consulting. She has a Graduate Diploma of Gastronomy from Adelaide University/Le Cordon Bleu.
