In Search Of “The Magic One”

May 30, 2017

I can’t tell you how many times I have been asked:

“How can I get a flatter stomach?”,

“What can I do to get a six pack?”,

“How often should I train my core?”,

“How did you get your six pack after having a baby?”

Let’s just say, heaps of times, and my answers are short and to the point.

There is no secret or magic potion to get stronger abs but the solution is not difficult.

After years of training clients, I was shocked to learn that around 80% of them didn’t use or even know about the hidden muscle that helps to get a firm and strong abdominal wall.

I call this muscle the MAGIC ONE,  also known as the TRANSVERSE ABDOMINAL, the deepest innermost layer of all abdominal muscles. This muscle acts as a stabiliser to the middle part of your body.

For me, the MAGIC ONE is one of the most important to help you get a flatter, stronger, abdominal wall.

To gain a stronger abdominal wall you need to increase the frequency of your training to 5 to 6 times a week starting with only 4 or 5 minutes each session.

It might sound scary and difficult, but believe me, training your abs can be easy and fun. Here you have an example of an easy workout for abs to do 5 or 6 times a week.
